WHAT IS ARBITRATION?

Arbitration is a formal legal proceeding that is conducted in a similar fashion as a trial. In most arbitration proceedings, one or more neutral arbitrators hear testimony, decide legal rulings, and act as judge and jury to render awards that are binding on the parties.
